Club Hotel Casino Loutraki maintained an upward course during 2007 110 million Euros for the State and the Municipality of Loutraki – Perahora Enriching considerably the range and quality of its services, aesthetically upgrading the casino area and modernizing the hotel rooms, Club Hotel Casino Loutraki maintained an upward course, posting a significant increase in its revenues.Club Hotel Casino Loutraki gained even more visitors, further contributing to the enrichment of the country’s tourism product and retaining for another consecutive year a leading position in the Greek casino sector.

Specifically, for 2007:  Club Hotel Casino Loutraki’s Total pretax Revenues shaped at 284.3 million Euros, upped by 42.2 million Euros if compared to last year (+17.4%). 1,124,985 visits were recorded to the Casino, an increase of 14.3%, compared to 2006. Around 95,000 of these visits were foreign guests, arriving from 116 countries, while the total amount of bets placed in the casino reached 1,192.1 million Euros, presenting a 195.4 million Euro rise (+19.6%), compared to last year’s relevant period. Gross Gaming Revenues amounted to 275.3 million Euros, presenting an increase of 41.6 million Euros (+17.8%) compared to last year. Out of this amount the Greek State received approximately 90.9 million Euros in the form of Gaming Tax i.e. 13.7 million Euros more than in 2006. Additionally, from the rights on tickets and the fee in favor of the Greek National Tourism Organization, the Greek State received the amount of 12.4 million Euros, an increase of 1.4 million Euros in comparison to 2006 (+13.5%), while the revenues for the Municipality of Loutraki – Perahora from municipal fees and taxes are estimated at 5.8 million Euros roughly, an increase of 879.4 thousand Euros (+17.9%), if compared to 2006.

After the finalization of the results, in the Greek State revenues will also be added the corporate tax of the company, the contribution to social security and the dividends for the Municipality of Loutraki – Perahora (being a shareholder of the company).The company’s successful course during 2007 is also noted in the operational results of December 2007, which renders Club Hotel Casino Loutraki as the leading choice in entertainment. During the said month, 122,667 visits were recorded to the casino, 8.2% more compared to December 2006.During December 2007, Gross Gaming Revenues amounted to 28.7 million Euros, upped by 3.2 million Euros (+12.6%), compared to December 2006, whereas the amount of total bets placed reached 111.7 million Euros, 8.8 million Euros (+8.6%) more, if compared to the relevant amount of December 2006.

Finally during December, 53 lucky guests won lottery jackpots (over the amount of €15,000) approximately 1.4 million Euros. The total amount of all jackpots won in the same month shaped at 22.7 million Euros, allowing thus Club Hotel Casino Loutraki to preserve a tradition of offering high payouts to its guests.
